Changes to the Mercenary and New Rune Words.We've had a great deal of feedback from our community on the topic of Mercenaries and are making improvements to D2R Items Mercenaries in various ways. Many players prefer this Desert Mercenary, and we want to give more reasons to play with the other three mercenaries, so we are investigating ways to enhance their skills as well as stats to boost their image and fantasies.

New Horadric Cube recipes, Set Item changes, and new Rune Words are also on the next step! The new Horadric Cube Recipes being implemented will allow for an upgrade of the quality of the items on Set Items to give more opportunities for item building. Set Item changes will make improvements to the weakest Set Items which will give players more incentive to pursue Partial or Full-set items which can enhance the skill changes mentioned in the previous paragraph. Additionally it is expected that new Rune Words will be added to compliment what's coming in the update. Skill and Mercenary changes coming in the update.
