Converting DBX files to PST manually can be a time-consuming process, but it is possible using the following steps:

First, create a new folder on your computer where you will save the converted emails.

Open Outlook and create a new folder in your Outlook data file where you will import the converted emails.

Open Outlook Express and select the email folder that you want to convert to PST.

Select all the emails you want to convert, and then drag them to the new folder you created in step 1.

Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.

In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file and click Next.
